January Shareholders Meeting
7.12.2000 | Ljubljana, 7 December - Lek's Supervisory Board has decided to call a Shareholder's Meeting which will take place on 8th January, 2001 at Lek's Head Office.
The meeting has been called to permit shareholders to vote on proposed changes to the company's Statutes so as to enable Lek to enter the international capital markets when necessary conditions are met. The aim of the proposed changes is to enable Lek to establish a depository receipt program as well as enable shareholders to fully excersise their rights in such a program.
