Lek voted most reputable employer for the fifth year in a row

  • In a survey conducted by the job portal Mojedelo.com to measure the reputation of employers, Lek, a Sandoz company, was voted the most reputable employer in Slovenia by job seekers.
  • This is the fifth consecutive year Lek has won this prestigious award, and the sixth overall.
  • The title of Most Reputable Employer acknowledges that Lek's long-standing efforts to develop a quality work environment built on the values of diversity, inclusion and fairness have created a lasting reputation in the mind of the public.

Lek, a Sandoz company, has been awarded the title of Most Reputable Employer 2023, presented by the job portal Mojedelo.com since 2007.

In addition to the overall title of Most Reputable Employer, Lek also won the same award in four of the individual categories.

Robert Ljoljo, President of the Lek Board of Management and Sandoz Country President Slovenia, emphasized that Lek's high reputation among candidates on the labor market is the result of a focused development of a supportive and quality work environment based on diversity, fairness and inclusiveness, and added:
