At Lek, we work with universities, student organizations and career centers on an ongoing basis. We regularly report on trends in the pharmaceutical industry and highlight opportunities for those looking to join. We are focused on investing in the development and long-term support of talented students and researchers. As well as putting on various events for emerging professionals, we also offer scholarships and internships.

Internships
Students are offered a variety of courses that allow them to get hands-on experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. This reinforces and links theoretical knowledge with experience. They develop laboratory, communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills. They build a network of friends and industry contacts during their training.
Practical training lays the foundations for young people to further their careers and be better prepared for employment, and it provides us with valuable insights into what inspired their careers.

International Internships
At Lek, we are firm believers in the power of international networking and collaboration, which is why we offer international internships. Eligibility criteria include having active student status, being enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program, and having a B2/C1 level of English proficiency (written and oral).
